Spending Christmas at this hotel was an excellent decision. the first thing we liked was the cleanliness, the rooms were spotless. the location was perfect, very close to the center and easy to find. the staff was brilliant and welcoming, always helping us with a smile.

We only had one minor issue; the front door was locked when we arrived, and we had to call someone to open it even though there was a note on the door with a number to call.

The price was really cheap and the location was convenient as it was close to a hospital. The parking was free which was great and the receptionist was courteous and friendly.

The room was not very clean and smelled like stale cigarettes. The furniture was old and worn out.
